Not much, 45 amps max so you know your getting less than that 90% of the time.

one of the best upgrades you will make I would run my kc lights and winch at the same time and it would nearly kill the motor not no more 105 amps 1 battery.

The stock Samurai alternator is rated at 35A, and the Trackkick around 55A.  If installing a larger alternator than the Trackkick, just remember to run a new, separate heavy alternator-to-battery charge wire (#6 or larger) directly to the battery (+), bypassing the now-too-small OEM fusible link. [You can simply tape off the old alternator wire, for later re-use if necessary.]  If you don't, you will be replacing the fusible link frequently. You could replace the fusible link with a fuse, if you prefer. But do NOT eliminate the fusible link (or fuse) entirely.  It protects against an electrical fire. Just one electrical fire could ruin your whole day.
