No, Starting in 99, they produced a totally new frame/body (they started calling it a Vitara, or Grand Vitara because it was more than just a sheet-metal change).  Is that also when they stopped calling it a Geo Tracker, and started calling it a Chevy Tracker?

I haven't heard anyone mention anything about the replacement (plastic) tank, yet. If I recall, that's about 14 or 15 gallons.

I was considering one, but I'm still working on getting my MPG's back up where they belong.
