Yeah I have the rubber ones and they look like crap IMHO. FWIW Bushwaker makes flares for the sammy. They are flat topped though so I don't think they woudl work on a the track-kick cause you obviously have to rotate them to fit the wheel well.

looks ok , should do the job  :)
I'm just finishing my Samurai's conversion to YJ flares , it really opens up the wheelwell .
any flare will fit any truck , it just depends on how many zip cuts you want to use and how much welding you like to do . ;D
