i have a sj410..im trying too remove the brake line on the rear axle..got any ideas need help..asap thanks
Try a can of WD-40, PB Blaster or Liquid Wrench (the best choice) and a 10mm brakeline wrench. A brakeline wrench is like an open-ended wrench except the open-ended gap is only large enough to slip the brakeline through.
In case I am wrong about the fitting size, try a metric wrench until you find the proper fitting size, then get the same-sized brakeline wrench.
All the above are available at most auto parts stores.
Regular open-ended wrenches can flex open and booger up the fitting. Using an SAE (english) wrench will also booger the fitting because they fit too loosely.
Soak the fitting and after a few minutes, crank on the fitting with the wrench.
Good luck!
