i just bought some also.  the center needs to be bored to 2.5in.  i used a hole saw made for cutting wood.  armor all is the best lubricant to use also.  i found that out after i did mine. i used wd40 which didnt help at all it just melted the plastic spacer...but it still works...gave me almost 2 in of lift  :)

Museboy is correct, 2-1/2 hole saw works fine for the front. I didn't need to bore the rears I could shove them on. Home depot $6
