There should be a valve on the fuel rail somewhere. This is used to relief and/or check fuel pressure. This will let you know if the pump is at least working.
When doing a body lift, the wiring is usually wrapped to the underside of the body. When it comes off the body to the frame, there is some slack. You've may have pulled some wires off the connectors, broke them, etc.
Always check the fuses first as it's the simpliest. Use a 12v lamp on both sides of the fuses. Check the pressure. Take a flashlight on top of the gas tank and look for something not connected. (Should be a lot easier with a body lift!)
If it cranks, see if the rotor spins with the crank. This will let you know the timing belt is still good.
Doing a little work or mod like this can throw a monkey wrench along with it.
