I had a set I had just put on craigslist for an ATV that I took off craigslist and put in.  I did have to remove the cool little stock arm rest and cup holders for the back passengers until after hunting season though.

What rear cupholders?  You may have a newer/different model than my 90 Tracker.  Do you have a name brand of the ones you have?  If you can get a close-up pic, that'd be great...maybe I can find it if I know what I'm looking for a little better

I hunt extensively and belong to a hunting club. We all use sidekicks. Rifle mounts vary because of the number of people are with you in the vehicle. There are usually two people and the best method that I found was to place the rifle between the seats. The barrel on the floor and stock between the seats. You can place one rifle there without any issues. I have seen hunters who use samurais where the have styrofoam molded to the butt and they glue it down just above the gear box with the barrel pointing to the back.  I am going to be desiginig something where the rifles can be place closer to the passenger side and are securely placed so there is no rattling. Its all about trial and error.

Steve- SW Oregon is not really road hunting country, so I was after someway to mount them to get from the front door to the elk tent.  I think your right, the last couple of miles from the elk tent to the point of walking your method would work great.

dj- here is a couple of pics of the arm rest/cup holder deely booper.  I looked them over and do not find a label or brand name on them, and the fit the contours of the rig so well I am guessing they are stock, or were at least an option.  I am sure someone on ZW would know for sure.

Do you have those on each side?  Never seen that before, but it looks awesome!
Also, I'm confused...the interior of your Tracker looks like the "base" model by looking at the door and interior panels...but it has the rear buckets...I thought only LSi models got rear buckets?  Or was it an option for later models, maybe?

Yes, there is one for each side. 96 Tracker LSI. It is basic, no A/C, has an aftermarket cheep-o cd player, 5-speed, etc.

That's strange...it's an LSi but the interior paneling and trim looks basic compared to my 90 LSi...maybe they stopped doing the fancy interior paneling sometime before 96.
I should have worded my question better in my previous post...I was looking to see if you'd find a part number/brand name on the rifle brackets...they look great, I want to find something identical

to make an arrow as quick as possible, you have done it.  That display looks like a dinner plate, and no-one beats me to the mashed potatoes!  Totally a killin rig set up!

DJ-  The ones I used are called Rugged Gear brand.  I also put a layer of inner tube rubber between them and the paint so they did not scratch.  They were set up to go around a round bar like handle bars on a quad,  I cut some 1/4" bolts (1/4-20) to the right length to make both halves work to give me a little room between the  tracker and the gun.  I know how excited we get when something is that close to the rig and we don't have to carry it a few miles!
