I have the shaft and shift collar.  It is hard to see in the pic, but is the issue with your shaft rust and pitting on the bearing surfaces?  The cog on your shaft that the collor locks to has some wear on it but that is common and not a problem on the high range side.  My shaft also has some wear but not as bad as yours. make offer. I do not have a good shift light swtch.  Oh is that shift collor for the front output or the high/low?

The shift collar is fit between the high and low speed gears.  Are the collars different?  they seemed to be interchangeable when I was looking at mine...

the shaft is heavily pitted, doesn't seem to be rusty but it is worn beyond repair and the new bearing will wear out prematurely.  if you click on the photo it will open into a much larger shot that does show the pitting pretty good... I really need a shaft with a good bearing surface if possible.  can you send me or post a pic of the bearing surface?

thanks for checking, i really appreciate it.  This tcase is just sitting in pieces until I find these parts..

I wont be home the rest of the month for work. I really dont want to tear the cluster apart unless we got some deal. It is in great shape.
