WHEN I CRANK IT , IT RUNS.  WHEN I GO TO DRIVE IT CUTS OUT LIKE IT ISNT GETTING ENOUGH FUEL.  I REPLACED THE FUEL FILTER.  WHAT ELSE SHOULD I CHECK?  AS SOON AS I GO TO DRIVE IT IT PUTTERS AND KILLS.  PLEASE HELP.

Will it rev up without stalling, or only idle?

Does it have the stock carb on it?  Might need a rebuild.

The jet on the secondary venturi may be clogged, or the carb could be flooding. However I lean more on the former.
You need to service the carb, if you do not have any idea how to find some body who knows!!!

Heck, might just need the Ventury tube...

I once took a car into a shop because I couldn't track down a mis-fire issue.  Ends up the plug wires were bad and I had forgotten to replace them.  :D
