« on: December 30, 2005, 12:56:42 PM »
Well i think im gonna get a X-90 my friend is trying to sell his 96 he said i could have it for $400.00 and its in great shape.  i was curious i know that the drive train is the same as the Sidekick but was the x-90 built by C.A.M.I. like the sidekick or was it built by suzuki??

Dude,

Does it really matter. I own a 96 X and it all looks Zuk to me. Apart from obvious stuff like the body I would imagine kick stuff could be sourced for replacement of failed components.

For $400 I WOULD GO FOR IT, and look after it too - don't go butchering it, just enhance it if that is what you want to do.

My plan: Fit 3" Calmini lift kit - throw some nice wheels on it with maybe 30's - basically just make it look a bit more like a 4x4 and get the "lame" out of it ;), but I do not want to chop it up to make things fit.

1600 Escudo / Kick, beam front, coils all round, 37 MTR's, 97" wheelbase, locked fr & rr,twin stick, front stock ratio, Calmini 5.14 t box rear, Warn XD9000i winch, blah blah!

2.0 V6 auto, Calmini 3" kit, 33" jandles, LT struts, blah blah

2.5 V6 man GV, Calmini 2.5" kit, 235/85x16 jandle
