I finally cleaned out my heater box today, for those of you that never did it, what a diference.  I spent the last 2 months freezin my butt off until now.  There was literally 1 inch of crap on top of the heater core.  Just a thought for those have yet to do it.

Flushing the heater core out might be an idea also.
