This is the 2" (at the spring) BDS coil and shock lift kit. Kinda overpriced, if I had it to do again, I think I would have gone Calmini.
I got:
4, 2 inch longer springs (nice springs, I will say, high quality...)
2 longer BDS 5500 Series "Correct Valve Technology" rear shocks.
2 BDS revalved front struts (this was optional, and I am not sure I would buy them if I were to do it again... They are revalved Gabriel Ultras)
2 machined strut extentions (2 inch) (Very nice quality part, one was slightly small and had to be reamed a tad)
2 Cam type Camber adjusting bolts for the strut mount. (I am sure they are TRW)
All in all, it's a good lift, I got a bit more than 2" out of it... almost 2.5, as I measured it.
Tires are 235/75R-15 Maxxis Buckshot Mudders
Thanks for the good words.. STILL waiting on the mini-spool.. although it is snowing out right now, and I don't have garage space to tear it apart.. so I couldn't put it in today anyway.
What gets me is the the big difference that LITTLE things make..
Take a look at the next three pictures.. keep in mind that there is about $30 difference, and about two hours of my time between the first and last...
I had a guy offer me $3000 for it today... seriously, and he meant it, cause I almost did it.... I guess I should have taken it, as that would have been a profit.... not a lot, but I will never see $3000 out of this truck, ever again, once I get it off road.. LOL..
