This is my first car, DD and off road rig. I want to run 30-33 inch tires probably SS. Which lift for my 87 Sammy? 3.5 calmini and 1 inch body or 4'er from Rocky Road. Thank You

IMO you are better off with the RR SPOA.  The Calmini kit will make your truck ride about twice as bad as it does now.  If I were to build a stock Sammi now(after what I know), it would get YJ leafs all around.  Take a look at the RR JPEater kit.  the 4'er is a nice kit, I just like the flex of SPOA better.  There is tons of info on this site, just search a little and clear your calendar for the morning.

yea you will need new shocks with most lift kits weather they come with them or not. anyways the stock sammy shocks are garbage relocation mounts would be the best for maximum travel

I just installed the RRO JP-eater extreme spring under on my 91 sammy.  I'm very happy with it but havent been off-road with it yet. It is a huge improvement over my old spoa with stock springs and 2" shackles. Make sure they send you the bushings, some of their kits include them, some dont.

Where can I find a replacement seat for my sammy, will I need anything else besides the JP Eater and Shocks?

Longer brake lines unless the kit you choose has them already.  You might also need some drive shaft spacers as well.
And if you looking for seats, check out either trac/kick seats, or Dodge Neon 2-door seats.  Both are a good swap and pretty comfortable.

if you are going to get a wrangler conversion go with Sky Manufacturing.  It is three times stronger than it needs to be and you can get it for about 350 compared to the rro at 450
