92 samurai blowing taillight fuse

92 samurai blowing taillight fuse

   I have a 92 blowing the fuse for the taillight.  I don' t have a good wiriing diagram with the correct wire colors so it has been very hard to trace.  Any help appreciated.  Is this a common problem that someone has had before?

Haynes repair manual has the diagram on page 12-31....If you gave more info may-be I can look at book and walk you threw it???May-be.....

Have you replaced the tail light bulbs

I had a similar issue that the fuse was fine until I put the kick in reverse and then the fuse would blow.  Both tail lights worked but apparently not optimally because I had to replace one to fix the problem

Do you have a cheap round four pin trailer plug socket on it? look inside for rust.
