That's a scary word there... RUST
But anyway, my question is, what can you do about it? I'm starting to notice some rust here and there on my tracker and I'm wondering what can be done to prevent it. I'm already planning on taking out the seats and carpet and giving it a rhino lining on the inside once it gets warm enough too. I'm also planning on getting it painted this spring, and the body panels with rust spots will definately be sanded down and primered or replaced totally. Is there anything else I'm missing though? Are there places you can get undercoating done at? All the ice, salt, and snow over the years can do some damage I'm sure. I haven't noticed anything as of yet, but I'd like to prevent it before it happens. I just want my tracker to last as long as possible especially when I finally get the money to put some nice off-road equipment on it.
