SAS with Doubler. Using a Sami t-case. I am familiar with how to build the doubler, what I need to know is it streetable? If I seal up the front Tracker case good enough will I have to worry about any oiling issues? I want to use a Sami T-case for the underdrive, I could use a different case but the underdrive would be awesome.
Axles, I debating between using a Sami front so I dont have to buy new gears and maybe using Jeep CJ axles. Sami is narrower than stock Tracker? By how much? I can get Jeep axles in either 56" or 58 1/2 WMS. I can also get a Quadra trac rear D44 with passenger side offset for the Sami case. Tracker is what? 56" WMS?
Suspension, leaf springs in rear and 3 link up front with coils. That way I can get around the leaf spring to steering contact issues.
I HAS to remain STREET LEGAL. So no tires past the outside of the body. 3" flairs are accepted.
