10 or 12 bolt?
« on: February 18, 2005, 08:15:10 AM »
hey, would someone please tell me exactly what years trackicks have which carriers, calmini says one thing, hawk says one thing and my local yard says another?  HELP! >:(  could we make this R & P switch thing harder, please ::)

and i like hawk, but $350 for a 12 bolt carrier (plus core) is high!  that does not include gears, just a used carrier.  am i wrong there?

thanks.
2004 chevy tracker, 4door, V6
says 'Chevy' on the outside,
but its covered with lots of big 'S's on the inside ;)

I had the opposite problem. My 5:83 was a 10 bolt and I had a 12 bolt rear (2000 model old shape 8V)

so does that mean that you have a 12 bolt rear you want to get rid of? ;)

I'm not sure its any good anymore. It was in a bucket and the roof leaked, the bucket was full of water when I found it  :'(. I think the shipping would be very expensive anyway.
