not ready yet to do a lift, so the question is...

exactly how bigga tire can I put without lifting?

my g/f put 29 inch SS TSLs on her 93 for snow tires this year, close but no rubbing, but they are kinda skinny.  just wait my man, you will be glad you did.  lifts are easy and cheep if you do it yourself and it will look a lil silly jacked up with lil tires ;)  oh, you are talking about a trackick?  duh!

well, i did a 3" sus lift and a 2.5 body lift for under $200.  but i have a good cutoff saw and a welder :-/

So what exactly are you running for your suspension lift.  I've been talking to Wild about his setup and I'm really thinking about doing something homemade like say 2-3 inches.  Just curious what your setup is...

coilspacers for suspension . rear shocks for a 88 mustang on the rear and flip the strut top over on the front for cheap suspension lift . The coil spacers will lift almost double the actual spacer thickness . 1in spacer 1.5-2 inch of lift . i am running spacers for a new jeep tj in mine ( 2.5in ) almost 4in of suspension lift . the wheel offset is a major factor in the tire rubbing or not .

where can I find a home made lift walk through?
have plenty of tools and a friend welder, I just lack the knowledge.

when i first got my sami i went with a trail tough extended shackel with 30's
1987 Samurai, neon green, 1.3 stocker, 6.4:1 trail tough tranfercase, spoa, warn 8000, 34" swampers
