when i turn the heater on it makes a pop kinda like a lil gun shot any one know how to fix this and what is the problem

take the switch apart and re solder the
wire to the switch. they come loose from
use and heat buildup I guess, I have done
mine twice now, last time I used a higher
temp solder, seems to be holding
