Ok folks!

I spoke with Henschel and he's up for another day of fun and frolic at his race track. Here's what I'm thinking but let's hammer it out here if we need to make some changes... mkay?

JUNE 3RD. - 10010 AIRLIE DRIVE, MONMOUTH, OR - AT '99W ROD & CUSTOM'

BBQ Potluck! - I can bring a grill bring what you want to grill and a side for the potluck.

Racing - We could start at about 10AM with practice, run time trials at 11AM, eat at 12PM, start racing at about 1PM, be done 3-4PM.

Format, it seemed like everone enjoyed the head-to-head "hare and hound" type racing so lets go with that. But I was thinking that it would be better to fill a 16 spot grid by time trials instead of drawing. That way people get to run more and it puts a little more skill in it vs. luck.

Vehicle rules: TRUCKS! (SUV, Pickup, "Jeep") vehicles are OK. CARS (Sedan, Coupes, Roadstes) not OK. We will be running in 2wd only. No Extremely lifted 'tippy' vehicles. Loose articles (jacks, tires, tools) inside passenger compartment or outside passenger compartment must be removed. No passengers during racing.

Please post here if you're interested in racing. I know this is a busy time for all due to getting ready for Memorial Day weekend but this is after that and you'll want a nice calming and relaxing day at the race track after all that hectic camping!

Yes, the dozer will be there to clean up the track and we're on for some racing fun.

It looks like the "challenger" has to work... Also, Jane is down for some upgrades so the "champ" won't be there either. I have a lowered Sidekick I'm going to race instead. It should be a blast. Plus, I think we're going to put a mud pit in the middle for those who want to get stuck, I mean mud drag.
