If you di not have AC, with I am assumong because you do not have PS, you will also need a double pulley to replace your single pulley that attaches to your crank shaft. I had my 97 tracker (with AC/PS) sitting next to my 89 Kick. As simple as it sounds to pull PS off a tracker and put it on a Kick it can get a little detailed.
Problems I ran into:
1- Mounting brackets form one did not work on the other ( a quick call to Hawk 1-888-SAMURAI with all tha associated parts in fron of me had the parts I needed on the way)
2- My set up (and that one appears to be the same) requires an AC compressor and all of the mounting brackets for the belt to be adjusted. I kept having trouble with mine, so the compressor was pulled and an idler pulley was mounted to a peice of plate steel to replace it.
3- beefing up the frame behind the steering box (mine was close to cracked in half from all the off road abuse, so your may be fine)
