Another speedo question

does the speedo get thrown off when you put 31's on a kick and does it affect the odometer as well just want to know

Of coarse, the mileage will go down.
a good way to figure this out is to
drive a known distance, like from home
to work or to grandma's house, and look
at the Odo, say it's 100 miles to grandma's
place and the Odo shows 90 miles, your
speedo is 10% off, and reads 10% slow,
I don't know if this is a steady 10% or a
sliding scale, like 5% at 30 MPH and 10%
at 60 MPH, OR you could go buy a GPS and
see what it says for speeds

i have 31's on my truck and my gps shows that my speedo is out by about 7 mph.
