Weber carb tune problem, What I did and what it does.

A quick question.  Here is what I did and here is what it is doing.

I replaced the whole top to the carb because the old choke linkage fell off on the highway. It started right up with the old one but now it want's to die when I start it. Even when the outside temp is around 90.

Could my float level be too low or maybe my choke (cold start idle- the screw that goes in under the electric choke) be too low. What about loosening those three screws and rotating the electric choke one way or another. What would that do.

Any thoughts?
If all criminals were behind bars, there would be no one left to patrol the streets.
