ok i figured out what the noise was :D

it wasn't the cv's, it wasn't a bearing, it wasn't my u-joints going south, it wasn't even any gears or nuts or bolts or anything like that.....  what it was you ask... go ahead ask...

what was it ddevil?

it was these stupid shinny friggin chrome looking rim trim things that were making the noise.  i had a hunch that's what it was(you know those shinny things people put/snap on their rims to make them look pretty?) and fortunately for me i was right.  took me five minutes to take the pieces of crap off and i'm soooo much happier.

with this problem solved, and my cigarette lighter issue taken care of, i'm a pretty happy person.... thanks everyone though, i really appreciate the help ;)

A rock in the beauty ring?
Could've been worse.
Could've just been a rock in a tire ;) ;D
It happens.
No harm
No foul ;D

nah, apparently it was just the "beauty ring" thingy making the noise.  no rocks or anything so i just took them all off.  don't serve me any purpose and just think, with the few ounces i shedded by removing them i probably gained about 1hp  ::) j/k
