Newbie Sammy owner
« on: August 11, 2006, 02:25:33 PM »
Just wanted to introduce myself. I just got rid of my 86 Bronco 6" Superlift with 35" 12.50 XTerrains. Picked up a 88 Sammy, rusty and ugly, but already lifted, so thats a start. I am not new to off roading, not new to forums, and not new to mechanics, but I am new to Sammys, so I'll take a look around, I'll use the SEARCH and I promise to have proper grammar and punctuation. So go easy on the newbie here. I forgot to mention, I live in Ohio.

That is one of the few pics I have it from the seller. In that pic, the tires are SS LTB 31x11.50. Unfortunately though, he sold those to a friend of mine that has a Tracker, so currently as a roller, it has some stock size bald slicks on it. I have to decide on either some Boggers or another set of the LTBs. My only issue with the LTBs is that my Sammy is not a daily driver, so it will sit in the garage alot, the LTBs after sitting, tend to flat spot and they take a good amount of rolling time to round back out.
