The cheap tires that the previous owners put on my tracker are about worn out, and have tire plugs in all 4 tires due to the tires being very easily punctured by dull objects(one of them was popped by a master link off my friends dirtbike chain) I need to get new tires soon. I was thinking about getting Yokohama geolander A/Ts, but I cant decide on which size to get. The tires on it right now are 215/75r15s which work ok on the street, but are a bit small off road, and make the kick look like a lowrider. I was going to put 235/75r15s on it, but then I read on one of the threads that they rub the wheel wells. What would be a good size that would fit on a trackick with stock suspension and wont rub anything.

i have seen lots of 235's on kicks that dont rub. it just depends on your backspacing. my 235's just barely rubbed on the rear fender lip.

ive had 2 kicks, and at some point, both of them had 235/75R15's. the only time they rubbed the fenders on either of my kicks was with the wheels turned all the way while hitting a big bump going fast. even then, they would only rub a little on the back corner of the front fenders.

i would run the 235's, i had them on my sidekick when it was stock, and it just rubbed the frame a little, i adjusted the stearing stops, and never had a problem after that.

I run the 235 and just had to pound the lip on the inner fender flat to keep it from rubbing.  And the bottom of the bumper needed to be trimmed up once I put the wheel spacers on.

    Whether they'll rub will depend on the specific tire & wheel combo.  I've run two sets of 235s on my stock 95 Tracker.  First set were MT tires and they rubbed a lot.  Now running AT tread 235s and they rub very little with street driving, more when flexing.
