5.83 gears from calmini?

what could i run for tires on my samurai with these gears right now im running 32's with stock gearing and motor? i want to go bigger tire size so would 5.83's be good?

I would suggest going with 5.13 track kick gears and doing tcase reduction to get the rest of the reduction. You will get low range reduction that way as well. A friend has 4.62's with 4:1 tcase gears and turns 32's like stock.
1991 4 door kick, 2" coil spacers, 30" Coopers, winch, locker, rust, dents, etc.

There is a couple arguments on this, you can search the board for a couple arguments on T-Case VS Diff gears.  A set of 6:1 or higher transfer case gears should bring you into stock for high range, and give you the low range boost.  :)

5.38's are WAY low for street, I just blew my head gasket, rpm's were too high. My buddy runs 4.62's from a tracker with 33's, he loves it.
