Looks great!  I've not been able to get on line that much, but I've caught your build.

Lifes had my rig down for a year  :'(  I'm planing on getting it on the trails again and making it to the melt.

See you there.

The ORANGE ROCKSTAR!!!!! that is is what it should be called...

that is one of the nicest pieces of art I have had the privilege to read. I only wish that you lived in canada near me so I could see in person what all went into it. You would happen to take a scenic route to the trails would you.

with the gears being 5.83's but without the 4:1 and using 33's would that be like driving stock again? or close to it.

again great work.

5.83s will return to stock gear ratio on a 32 inch tire assuming you had 5.12s from the factory. I hesitate to say it would be like driving stock. The increased height and tire weight will reduce power. If you looking for stock power and 5.83s then I would say 31s would be closer.

The ride went awsome. I beat it harder than I probabally should have but I was livin and lovin the moment. Hindsight I probabaly should have taken it down a notch. I beat it pretty hard. I did break an inner tie rod on a difficult hill climb. I broke one on my first test run too. I thought it was a fluke but I think I might have a weak link there. I have been known to Ironwall stuff to pop the front and make a jump out of things that probabally shouldnt be a jump. ::) Good news is the inner is only a 5 minute fix with this suspension setup. Im still going to beef that up a little.

It was a bit chilly. Chilly enough my camera would not work. I dressed up with the most clothes Ive ever had on. 2 tee shirts, 2sweatshirts, hoodie, 3 jackets, 3pair of pants 6 socks, pair of carhart bibs, sorel moon boots, thin wool gloves inside a pair of thick wool gloves, with socks pulled over the top of that all the way up to the elbows and thumb holes cut in so the looked like mittens, ski mask, carhart hat, hoodie pulled tight. The temp was -17 below Zero + some high winds creating a severe windchill factor. Adrenaline was my heater! ;D We lasted 7 hours before we had to call it a day so we could warm up. I had a blast. Im going out again this weekend. I cant wait, this thing is a riot! >:D

hey the minus temps are not that bad BGM and I went wheeling at roughly -12/-15 and I still cannot get the frozen mud off my truck and yes the balance was terrible on the way home....BFM had like 2 inches of ice on each wheel and a 1/2 hour drive to get home. But we do have doors and windows to close so maybe that is different.

Mike where do you live to have weather like that?

Hello Mike,
That's a great looking ride. What kind of rear axle is that?
