Well, I'll give my point of view once I've read all the posts.
I don't want to go into weather Calmini has good service/whatever, but rather on the impression they give.

First of all, Heather didn't say "They don't care about Suzuki any more". Instead she says "I don't think he cares anymore". The BIG difference is in the first you are spreading  false rumor. On the second, she only expresses her opinion, nothing more. When I read it, I only read an opinion, not a statement. The rest of her post goes in the same way, NOT A SINGLE STATEMENT. ONLY AN OPINION. So the response should have been something like: "your opinion is wrong, we would be happy continue with suzuki".

Seeing the response, I don't see how any serious buisness can give a response like that, a response that is seen by so many people. I mean, if I call someone stupid, I would understand that person would be pissed off and might not want to talk to me anymore. A company simply cannot answer in that way, it will loose loads of customers.
Doesn't the owner care about his "creation"? What about his staff? Seeing they might loose their job because the owner can't control his replies?

This is quite amazing ???

Anyway, Sorry, Zig. I'll delete this thread if that's in the best interest.

That's not for me to say and I'm not personally ofended. That thread is the 'typical bashing' crap I have read the few times I have been there. If it was not you or another Z-World member that I like and respect I would of never even clicked on the link (I HATE the pirate mentality) Like I stated before I would of been pissed if I were him BUT he should of stated it differently. I personally believe that all of the other BS pileing up in that thread blew up when he read your post and he lost his cool. He definately should of stated it differently but I also believe that the rumor should of never been continued, especially in an already heated discussion.

I hope you are not offended by my post, but I was just expressing my opinion of the entire post, not just your comment. On ofence was intended, just stating my opinion ;)

Read the second page.

I'm sorry to all I may have offended with any bad words about Calmini.

But the reply given by Steve really hurts. I'm sorry to have linked this here, but I felt my online friends needed to see it.

The way I see it, you where in the wronmg spreading second hand info.

That being said, the sorry bastard Steve needs a lesson in good business tactics. I think he may just have run himself out of business, and rightfyully so. You NEVER EVER EVER EVER say ANYTHING like that to a customer EVER. Whether it be someone like you Heather who has spent a good deal of money with them, or the average Joe shmoe who ordered a couple of seals from em.

THat thread right there has definetly pointed me away from doing business with them. Never have, and definetly never will.

Heather, thank you for rooting of this bad seed, so now I won't ever have to deal with this asshole.

Zig

The pirate mentality DOES suck, for the most part. Alot of peopole have to prove who's dick is bigger then who's.

BUT there is a WEALTH of good info and knowledge over their. But a thick skin IS required!

Wow... Completely uncalled for. I hadn't planned on buying any products from Calmini in the near future, but I'll keep this in mind if I ever need anything from them... Sheesh.

Zig, totally agree with your posts,

I dont blame steve at calmini at all for what he did, like spreading HUGE rumors about dropping suzuki from his line up?!  when i first read your post on pirate heather, i belived it. If i were steve i probably would have done the same thing, set yer ass straight on this, rumors can KILL a buisness, if he didnt set your ass staright he could have been ruind or he could have been facing questions from other people and from magazines wanting the truth, :-/

I would have done the same damn thing.

i'll admit i have said a few things about what i have heard about slow services, but i know a few people here in victoria personally who ordered from calmini and had 0 problems.

I dont blame you at all steve.

The quote didn't come through?  (I can see it.)

I'll pull it out;

You have to understand that if you're running a business, it's extremely important to deal with people in an accpetable manner to keep business, which Steve did not do. He publicly insulted and made slanderous comments right back at Heather, which is something that NEVER should have been done by the owner of a business (at least regarding the business towards a damn CUSTOMER in a public forum in front of many other CUSTOMERS).
