I am going to be looking at putting 31's on my kick with a calmini lift and such,,, anyway
I see deals in the paper here for jeep wrangler wheels with 31's from time to time, will the backspacing and pattern fit mine??

No, you're looking for a 5"x5.5"(139mm) bolt pattern with around 3.5" backspacing. The TJ/YJ/XJ/Wrangler are a smaller pattern, with more backspacing. If they're a good price, you could always buy them for the tires, and re-sell the rims.
