Samurai Tube Doors installed!
« on: December 22, 2004, 10:51:08 AM »
WOW! I am so excited. I have wanted tube doors for as long as I have owned a Zuk. A while back I posted on Zuwharrie looking for a set and one of the bbs members set out to accomplish the task. I must say, they are really nice. My wife absolutely hates wheeling with doors off and I don't like wheeling with them on. So I figured tube doors would be a compromise for the both of us. As soon as my wife sat in the Zuk she smiled and said "these are perfect!" I tend to agree. Check them out! Lots of pics ;D ;D

No, No rattling that I can tell at 60 PMH. But then again all I hear ae the boggers ;D

The latch plate is a Kick latch plate (See, I like Kicks too.... for donor parts ;) ) Here is a pic. It has a washer welded to the latch. All you have to do is press it down and it opens just like a factory latch
