Just curious, what is the difference between the 1990 model transfer case and the 1991 that the Calmini rock crawler gears won't work. Will the 1991 transfer case bolt directly into my 1990 if I go this route?
Thanks

I think it was something like a difference in the length of the output shaft. The later case will work.

Thanks CJ, don't think I can afford them just yet, but it seeems like a good solution since the 5.83 diff gears aren't available. Anyone here using them to run 33" + tires?

I have the 4:1 and the 3.83's running 33's. I ran my Kick with 33's and stock gearing untill the first time I went trail riding and realy had to work her hard to get up the hill climbs. I then bought the 4:1 and WOW, what a difference. Shortly after that I purchased the 5.83's to gain back 5th gear on the interstate and get her back to decent acceleration.
