sweet, 26 spline cv's or the 22's?

i think im going to get one if 34's don't break em, i don't do rocks either so i should hold up good.

yea, but i have seen the videos of the way you drive, and your running the calmini lift which puts stress on the cv's and im sure those 34's don't help much.  I would love to go to 26 spline but thats more money.. and im 16 and very very poor

I havent checked out this locker yet, what kind of locker is it? LSD, lunch box locker, whole new carrier, what?

Sorry for the late and pretty dumb question.

you get a whole new carrier but i think it has some kind of a lunch box locker inside.  I think the carrier is similar to a machined out sami carrier.   don't quote my on any of that tho.

it is a new 3 pin carrier  and  lockrite locker setup.i do not blame you for sticking to 22  spline
i kept the 22 spline because i have plenty of extras.the 22 spline2 have done fine for me and i am running toy cv axles too.the 1 i broke was at natural bridge and that was climbing big rocks with no crawl ratio so alot of shuving it into rocks was involved >:D

yea, im thinking about getting yota or ford explorer cv's

are you running the full yota cv or just the center with the sidekick stubs welded on?

And what part of the cv breaks when you break em?

i am running the kit that stan makes.you use stock toy cv shafts and locking hubs you do mike hagen's widening the kit comes with hub adapters new bushings and adapter plates.
you bolt one plate to the drivers axle and then you cut the passenger side inner cv cup and weld the adapter to it.the kit is top notch and comes with all hardware and instructions.
