Anyone know if the center section or the pumpkin of the front rear is the same as the rear end pumpkin? I am looking for a 5.12 for a 95 tracker [rear, back end] and it looks like there is a possibility that they use the same rear front and back. I am just talking about the center section [part with the gears] and not the whole rear assembly.

they are VERY different. i cant use the front 3rd in the rear of my 89 because of the difference in size, and its 10 bolt front and rear. yours is newer, so it probably has a 10 bolt front housing, and 12 bolt rear.
