Braking Lump
« on: December 12, 2006, 07:29:43 AM »
Hello,

When I push the brake pedal in my kick it feels like there is a lump.  The pedal will push back everytime it goes over a certian spot.  The faster I am going the more the quicker i feel the pedal pushing back and the slower i am going you feel it when it gets to a certian spot.

Not sure if anyone has had this happen before. Any ideas?

You have warped brake rotors or your drums are out of round. Have them checked and turned or replaced.

Check prices in your area, but turning them can sometimes be almost as much as buying new. I'd just buy new, it's more cost effective for me.

Hey thanks guys.  I think it may be the drums, seems like some noise in the rear.  I will get them check in the few nice days we got ahead.
