Replace it  with a steel one from a Grand Vitara or get an Anvil from Calmini.

Hang on, what are you doing with it? What mods have you done to your ride already? Why I ask is you may be jumping the gun and soending alot of money on something that could be better spent some where else. For stock top moderate built rids there is nothing wrong with the stock front end. Once you lift, gear, lock, etc... Then you will start having problems.

Also what kind of riding are you doing?

Shit, I didn't regear anything or lock either diffs and I broke a couple of housings :o That's the main reason for me to go SAS.. so I can have a drivetrain I can give a beating that won't break (hopefully).

Yea, but look at the tires you are running with a HEAVY foot in the mud :o I beat the hell out of mine and NEVER broke a housing, only lots and lots of half shafts >:( If they are running 30's, unlocked, stock gears and riding medium to mild trails, they will probably never break a CV much less a housing.

I'd break it first before I spent the extra $$$.  You'd be suprised at the differance it makes between driving style and terrain.

Yea, that was my point. Some people have no problems with the front diffs, and others distroying them everytime they hit the trail. I went Anvil to get rid of the passenger side half shaft that I broke almost everytine I tried a hard obsticle. But that was with 33's, gears, lockers, and alot of gas in 2nd gear :P

There are options to fix it better if you do havce problems with it though.

i haven't had any problems with the front housing, even though its alloy, and i seem to break my left hand side half shaft before anything else goes, and i'm still not running any lockers.

currently i sorta see it as: if i cant get past it or over it unlocked, then any other attemp at the obstacle will result in me breaking something.

i only give it curry when i'm on the flats or in the mud etc etc, but when its dry and i'm climbing, i'm a little more gentle, even though i'm only running 31"s. CV angle also plays a big part.
