In The Mud yesterday....
« on: January 10, 2005, 05:30:35 AM »
Went to a pay and play site in Essex in the UK yesterday, some pics are up at www.picturetrail.com member name is ningram album is Canewdon 090105

Good fun in the mud, was there with MarkyB and SuzukiJon. I broke a CV but replaced it in about 20 mins (I run 2 LHS CVs thanks to SuzukiJon's engineering skills)  :D

Then had a nightmare 9 hour drive home thanks to a warehouse fire which shut the main route home.  >:(

Cheers

Nick

Great pics! What kind of tires are you useing?  With the sticky mud they look like slicks.   Maybe some Boggers would help.

We both run MTR Wranglers but that mud is almost a clay but very sticky stuff.
We find the MTRs are pretty good all rounder as they dont hum to much on the road.

Boggers wouldnt be bad

Looks like fun 8) I worked all weekend and did not get a chance to play. Now that deer hunting season is closed, we can go back to riding some of the smaller local trails.
