kicker 3
« on: January 11, 2007, 06:13:07 PM »
Has anyone on here installed a kicker 3 on there track/kick? I was origanally planning on running a 2wd tracker trans with a sammy t case set up, but it looks like the kicker 3 is the way to go.
If I read the website correctly you will have to just have some drive lines made up along with some extra support brackets for the sammy t case.Correct? Also with the dual case setup you should not have to  get gears, unless you realy want to be low.
Any info on this, or if you guys/gals can direct me to the propper people that would be awesome.

I purchased a Kicker III to do this.  I already have a 4: 1 T-case in my 4-dr Kick on 34" LTB's  I need to have the Sammy case in my drive train to get the lower (Numerically higher) Hwy gear.

As it got close to time to install I ran across a deal on a rock buggy chassis and installed the Kicker III in their with a 1.6L 16v instead.

With my 5.125:1 gear and the kicker III and a Sammy case I was looking at a (Precieved) High range axle ratio of just over 7:1.  I don't remember which sammy case that was calculated with, I'm thinking stock but I also have a 4:1 Sammy and a 6:1 Sammy case.
