body lift / rear bumper brackets
« on: February 01, 2007, 06:07:40 AM »
yo, i've just ordered a calmini 3" body lifty for my vit/kick. No rear bumper brackets supplied in this "complete kit" :(

The front ones in the kit just look like pieces of sheet metal with holes in.... i havent taken my rear bumper off before, but is it a simular principle?
Can i just make my own like the fronts?
Has anybody on here?
...With pictures!?? (think im pushing it now :P)

hehe, cheers
Andy

I think they just use 2x3 box tube, similar to the homemade body lifts

Thats it exactly, although those pictures are way too clear. You should have photocopied them half a dozen times first  ;D
