i was swapping the manual hubs on my tracker took the one of the parts rig with a 12mm socket then went to my good rig removed one bolt and the rest the socket wont grab tried an 11mm and a couple others and they wont fit what size are these bolts and how can i get them out without ruining them they dont seem to be stripped

Sounds to me that someone has already lost / swapped some bolts. Have you tried any standard sockets on these bolts? I'd try that and if you are able to get the bolts out, I'd see if I could find all the same size bolts to go back in with!

yeah i tried standard and metric none will fit i cant figure it out lol

Well it's gotta be either standard or metric...there is no other choice.  Are the heads maybe buggered up just a little so it appears like no socket will fit?
I have seen some replacement bolts that are 13mm....have you tried that size?

like i said the 12mm fit snug on the parts rigs bolts they all came out fine and one of the bolts on my good rigs hub came out fine but the rest the 12mm isnt tight on 11mm is to small 13mm is big unless they are rusted enough that they look ok but the socket slips on them i cant figure it out

Find the closest smaller size and pound it on with a hammer, you only need to get them out once then you can replace them.

A friend of mine spun his hub against a rock and egg-shaped all 6 bolts.

Don't get new ones at the dealer.  For 1 bolt and 1 cone washer it will cost you about $10.00 (that is not a misprint).

Try a 1/2 " short socket with a wobble extension.

also helps if the socket is a 6 point

1/2 " was quite a bit bigger i just ended up pounding a 7/16 12 point socket over them the 6 point wouldnt go  ruined the bolts but just used the ones from the other tracker they were pretty rusty but did the trick

You can geet the bolts ordered from a hardware store. At least I did.

If it's a TracKick, you probably don't have cone washers.  If that is the case, you should be able to find Grade 8 metric bolts or hex head bolts at True Value hardware stores.  They stock Hillman fasteners and if the store doesn't have them in stock, they can get them for you.  Often the biggest (and oldest) TVH store in your area carries them.

If you DO need cone washers, the best place to go for replacements outside of the dealer is the salvage yard.  Especially the Pick-N-Pull type yards!
