The fuse?

Any wiring changes recently?

I think I've pulled the instrument panel out, if not completeley off, but I can't remember, does it just have one electrical connection on the back?  I'll take a look at the service manual later.

Is it just your instrument cluster (Speedo, Tach, signals) or the entire dash board including climate controls and if you have an AT the gear select?

The instrument cluster has two data cables that plug in the back along with the analog speedo cable.  Make sure they are properly attached and clean.  The Speedo cable has grease on it, don't clean that off.

Other then that, it could be a kink somewhere between the cluster and it's power source.
