I ordered an oil pump on ebay and finally got a chance to put it into my 1992 Suzuki Sidekick 1.6 8V

I would think if I put this one in, oil would be blowing all over the place because there isn't much of a seal between the block and timing belt.
Is this for an 16v or a 1.3 or something?
It also comes with 2 O-rings and a metal gasket. I know 1 o-ring is for the dipstick but I am not 100%sure where the other one goes. Also, are you supposed to just use a gasket seal on both sides of the metal gasket or how does that work?
Also, anyone ever do this without taking the oil pan off or do you have to drop the front carrier, then pull the pan off. This seems like a lot of grief....wonder if I should do the water pump while this is all apart too. I did the front seal and timing belt about 15k ago....
