Well, it had a screw on the throttle arm. It looked like it has been screwed with. I bought this Tracker from a crackhead.
SO, when I unscrewed it a little bit, the RPM seemed to drop. But it was "maxed out" so.... That's how I "adjusted" it.
Could any Sensors be a factor? defective TPS? Dirty INjector?
And hmm What's the numbers I should expect to see when Im using the analog Voltmeter?
