Shrockworks Build Time?
« on: May 16, 2007, 08:00:31 AM »
I know that shrockworks builds each bumper but then ships them out.  I ordered a bumper for my sidekick on April 9th and it is now May 16 and it is still not ready to even ship out.  I called two weeks ago and they said it would ship on the 15th and then when I called yesterday they said it would not ship out till late next week.

I was just wondering if this is normal or if anybody else ever order from them and how long it took to get the product?

Last i heard, there are only a few guys working there, and most often if you call down there, Jim (the owner) is the guy answering the phone too.

They keep busy, and they've got a lot of different products going all at once...

Yeah that is why I am not really concerned, just making sure it is not something unusual.

Plus when u want something so bad it always takes longer.

Typically there are pretty quick, my front bumper arrived in a week or so as I recall.

I have been waiting like others for about a month for some sliders I ordered, but they are worth the wait

We are behind right now, and I apologize.  We're busting our asses to catch up though.  Thanks for all of your support and patience.

Took a couple of months to get my front and rear bumpers for the Exterra....well worth the wait. Master craftsmen take their time. I'm  8) with that...

I'm surprised you own an Xterra, but you spell it wrong.
