I think the fronts might work in a
sammy, but I don't know about the pinion
and if it would fit the sammy 3rd

You have to buy spacers, as the gears are skinnier, I believe.

the front pigs from the sidekick are what your looking for.  for the front  its a straight plug and play but if you wanna use one in the rear you need to change the sidegears. the sidegears from the rear kick pig will work. this is because the rear axles have bigger axles and more splines than the fronts

your other option is to scrap the whole kick differential in favour for a samurai one. the reason for this is that the kick front diff uses a 2 pin carrier(weak) rather than the samurai rear's 4 pin carrier(strong) and if your gonna do all that you might as well scrap the kicks wimpy-ass  aluminum basket in favour for the sammi  steel ones.

beware that if you decide to lock these gears or stick bigger tires on, the r&p's won't last you too long (especially the ones in the rear).
to make such a higher gear ratio (5.13, 4.62) into such a small axle housing the ring gear teeth are much thinner than the stock sammi 3.73's and 3.90's so that makes them more proned to breakage.

to over come that consider using the rear kick 3rd member (bigger and stronger) and build a hybrid front and rear axle or use the whole rear kick axle. I run this setup front and rear ,5.13's locked on 33's and haven't broken anything in there yet
