All I can hope is that it's not on the Theta platform, and that it has part time four wheel drive.

I'm affraid the market that they're catering to is the crowd that wants part-time, computer controlled 4wd

They've left the group that made their micro-4x4's successful

Woo Hoo!!! Another SUV with low profile street treads on 17" rims!  For once, I want to see a concept drawing of an SUV with beadlocks!

I wonder if it will be at the Toronto Auto Show in Feburary also...

I really hope it's a true 4x4...  Pic looks nice, but I wany to see the real deal.

found the link info for the pics their but now Im thinking  that they may be  05's.

I used a translation web site and it really doesn't say much other then it looks a lot like the Toyota RAV4...(really?)  

Anyhow it really looks like the uni-body VUE platform so I guess so much for 4x4.

Acutally, I've been comparing photos from the Chevy Equinox and this new GV and there are many major differences...also, as Toyotaish looking as this new GV is, it still retains alot of the classic Suzuki look to it...so I don't know, we'll have to wait and see.

I can't speak to the vehicle you have pictured, I've never actually seen the new suv, but I know the new one is going away from body on frame.  So it will be a unibody design.

You know from all the "stuff"  that I have read Suzuki was to have all new mid sized suv.  So hopefully that one will be the unibody.

That one is due 2006. That should have GM's Global V6.

At least the new GV is supposed to have the 2.7 V6 so that is good news. I  thought Suzuki said this would still have a seperate chassis. Doesn't look like a lot of room in the wheelwells
