Transfercase arms

Does anyone have any pic's of how they reinforced their long and short
arms?

No picture, but I just welded a piece of angle iron on the inside of the long arm.  Haven't had any problems with it bending.

Did you lay it in the same as the arm or did you put it so it made it boxed?

boxed would be better,on the small arm get some round stock and bend it around the corners and weld it good, and the long arm on the frame clean the inside of the long arm and weld it to the frame, it only comes with the out side welded and will tear off of the frame if you wheel it.
