Well, after almost exactly 1 year of service, my tracker has been totalled.  I got caught in a 10 car accident and the tracker was destroyed.  Here are some before and after shots

Looks like the tires held up (front still appears to be holding air) ... gotta those under the new one

Also, looks like much of the engine compartment wasn't hit too hard. Probably could sell the engine, thirds, xfer case, etc and make out pretty good.

Thanks for the kind words.  Chances are the accident will be called no fault and since I don't have collision coverage, I'm probably gonna be stuck with the wreck as a total loss.  Current plans are to put the 16 valve 1.6 and 3spd auto in my Samurai with the t-case modified into a second reduction box wounted to the stock t-case.  The driver's front tire is gashed and the rim is bent up.  the other three are ok, other than a mild flat spot on the other front from the hard slide.  Its got alot of good parts for my sammy so I'll be able to get something out of it.

As for the new tracker, I'm eventually gonna do a rocky-road 2.5" lift and put the swampers off the old tracker on it with a new pair in the front and the extra front as the spare.  should be nice.  just gotta let my wallet finish licking its wounds.  I also still have to do a bunch of work to my sammy beyond the tracker drivetrain swap(4.16 gears, Clutch, newish trans).  

I'm going to pick it up today and I'll keep you guys posted

Well at least you have a lot of useable parts for your sammy. I'd part the rest out, at least try to recoup some of your money you lost.

And I was bidding against you on that one. Sorry about that. I really liked the color of the copper. I'm looking for a 2dr, 2.0l, 5-sp, 2wd cheap to convert to 4wd and to play.

Since you've got that 3rd generation Tracker, it comes with a rack and pinion steering setup. Lifting the body will affect the geometry of the steering shaft as there is no support of the shaft to the r&p. You could look into adapting your 2nd gen Tracker steering box to rid of the r&p.
To add, if you could, compare the front diff housings. Supposedly, Calmini's Anvil won't work on the 3rd gen. Don't toss the upper strut mounts. You can add flat plate to adapt them to the 3rd gen mounts to lower the strut upper mount if/when you add spacers to the front springs.
