With the 2.5" lift springs I wouldn't even bother with longer shackles.  You will probably be high enough as it is.

For the steering I would recommend going with a High Steer kit.  Sky Manufacturing makes two types, the standard High Steer and the complete OTS setup.  The OTS is a bit nicer as it moves your cross-over bar up above the spring pack keeping it out of the way of most rocks.  It also means you are less likely to rub on your spring pack during heavy flex.

For your drive train a couple of drive line spacers should be enough to get you going.  The best way would be an extended drive line.

I think you will be fine with a single 1" on the diff.  I would put one on first and flex a bit to see if you even need the second.  Chances are you will be just fine.

One problem with adding both when you don't need them is pushing your drive shaft back into your transfer case.  It's a good way to tear things up.

ok... well the leafs im getting are actually 1.5in so those with 2in shackles that 1in spacer will be fine im sure. do you think just a drop pitman will do me in the steering area or what do i need to correct that?
