You're in the right place, but definitely spend some time using the forum's search feature.  You're not the first to ask that question.  An hour spent there is worth a full weekend waiting for live answers.

I used 1.5" coil spacers up front and 2" in rear. I make and sell this combo kit for $85. That price includes shipping to Canada.

No they do not include the strut spacers, but you can flip the mount. It is the easiest way to do it. Search the forum for instructions on how to do this. For a picture go to ebay and look under seller name: hoepkers. The 2" look just like the 1.5" on there. The spacers are made of cast hard urethane. I work in the foundry tooling industry and this plastic is what most of their tooling is made from. It is almost indestructable. I have had a set on my 97 4dr for over a year now and they have not crushed or smashed at all. I have sold over 100 sets of these with no unsatisfied customers. Due to the high cost of this plastic, I do not know how many more sets I'll be able to make. I do have some already made and can ship as soon as you pay. Please do not think I'm trying to hard sell you on these. I just know how much other companies charge for theirs and I feel the quality of mine are better. I will send you part #'s of longer shocks for the rear. If you are interested just let me know.
